Campaneria Ballet School’s Pre-Professional Training Program is offered between 1 and 5 days for the 2022-2023 season.
Participants must be enrolled in an alternative/flexible academic program that provides a flexible schedule. Guidance can be provided upon request.
The program rigorously develops the most exceptional dancers to perform at their highest ability, to handle any repertoire, and prepares them for a career in a professional ballet company. The dancer’s daily schedule will include technique, pointe work, contemporary/jazz, variations, repertoire, dance conditioning/stretching, partnering, rehearsals, and competition training*.
Dancers will train with the internationally acclaimed Miguel Campaneria and Karen Olsen.
Our program utilizes the Cuban and Russian Ballet Method, an ideal style of ballet that pays attention to the form as a whole and not by its parts, turning the dancer into an aesthetically perfect figure.
Dancers will also have performance opportunities, and access to guest teachers and workshops.
